ESP LTD MH400 with Floyd Rose

The upscale MH400 is absolutely packed with features. For starters, this is a set neck instrument with a quilted maple top and EMG humbuckers. Killer, right? Well there's more. The MH400 is built with a Floyd Rose licensed tremolo bridge and its Set-Thru neck joint gives you the look and feel of a neck-thru design, with the warmth and true wood tone of a set neck. It's glassy-smooth and extremely comfortable. Other features include that awesome quilted top, a mahogany body, a 3-piece maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (XJ frets), black hardware including Grover tuners, and cool, offset neck inlays. It's a lot of guitar for the money. High-quality Grover tuning machines are well known for their precise gear ratio, tuning stability and durability. They make a great complement to the other upscale features of ESP's 400-level instruments. All ESP/LTD guitars and basses feature a 'double-action' truss rod design. Unlike a normal (single) truss rod, this one is adjustable in two different directions. This means that you'll never run into a situation where the neck has 'run out of adjustment'. Regardless of which ESP model you choose, you'll get years and years of playing enjoyment. There truly is no comparison between active EMG's and conventional pickups. EMG's frequency response is shaped much differently. Conventional pickups typically exhibit a dry "peaky" frequency response, while EMG's have a much broader bandwidth that's better for harmonic pull-offs and chord definition.
