Shipping
We are experienced shippers and specialists on the matter. We ship throughout Europe every day and will ship your purchase anywhere in the world! So order with confidence! All ordered items are packed very safely in foam or paper in sturdy boxes and shipped as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. We have a high success rate when it comes to fast and perfect delivery! our shipping companies treat our packages with respect!
Shipping Claims & Damage Although all items are packed safely, there is always a small chance that your goods could arrive damaged. Therefore it can be wise to insure your package beforehand and any package received should be thoroughly checked for damage immediately (dents, tears, opened sides, strange noises from the box, or f.i. missing parts or parcels etc.) and any problems reported before the delivery person leaves. Make sure he makes a note of the damage etc. on the receipt you sign! The delivery person should also sign to prove that he or she has actually witnessed the problem. This will greatly speed up any solution and co-operation from the shipping company. Note that insurance is not included as standard in our shipping rates If you want added insurance you will have to ask us! please let us know. UPS offers insurance for any package value - indications: up to 500 euro costs 5 euro, from 500 euro up it will roughly cost 1 % of the value.We use UPS or TNT (postal services) shipping companies only. TNT is cheap but can be a little slower, shipments are up to 10 kg and are only insured up to a maximum of 500 euro! (app. 700 usd) TNT has no tracking system in every country. UPS is usually more expensive, but fast, secure and has an optional insurance fee for any package value - indications: up to 500 euro costs 5 euro, from 500 euro up it will roughly cost 1 % of the value.
Rough Indications for TNT (our postal services) within the EU will be generally between 15 and 35 for western Europe and between 40 and 75 euro to Mediterranean Countries, To the U.K. 25 pounds and USA 120 dollars. this is uninsured and at the buyers risk.

Pricing incl. and exclusive of Sales tax are already mentioned at every article on the site. When you are qualified to buy without Sale tax or V.A.T. To calculate your ex VAT price: divide the inclusive price by 1,19%. Keep in mind that you are responsible for any shipping and (outside the EU) your local import taxes and/or duties. There are NO extra taxes or costs inside the European Community.
Note that There are 4 possibilities:
- Anyone in the Netherlands: you always pay 19% V.A.T (B.T.W) If you have a business and/or valid V.A.T. (VALUE ADDED TAX) /BTW number you can reclaim this 19% yourself.
- Private persons who live in the European community: You pay 19% V.A.T (and you do not have to pay any extra costs or taxes at import)
- European community based business owners outside the Netherlands that can identify themselves with a traceable V.A.T. /MWST/BTW number will NOT be charged with the 19% V.A.T.. Shipping address has to be the actual and traceable V.A.Tregistered address.
- Anybody living outside the European community will NOT be charged with the 19% V.A.T. (divide price by 1,19) However you will have to pay a (usually much lower) percentage of import duties when the guitar is brought into your country. Return & Exchange policy
All of our products are backed by our 7 Day No Fuss-Satisfaction Guarantee. Our commitment to you is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We have a general 7 day approval period on our products. If not satisfied, we will as a rule not refund your money nor cover your shipping costs (unless agreed upon prior to purchase and stated in writing on invoice or receipt.) but exchange your item for any other of the same value we keep in stock or one that we can obtain for you through our regular contacts. Some products may not be obtainable for us, due to general unavailability, dealer conditions etc. Our policy (exchange rather than refund) is based on the premise that customers properly prepare before buying ready to make clear choices, and so fully knowing what they buy. We obviously want to discourage random buying and returning for silly reasons. Not to mention the environmental burden that the thoughtless shipping of packages to and fro brings. If you do have a valid reason for returning an item like defects, mistakes by the sender etc. we will listen to your arguments.
- When returned the product has to be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped out by us. Customer pays all shipping, insurance and bank charges when applicable. We allow returns only when the item is incorrect, faulty or defective as long as we and the carrier (UPS) are notified within 24 hours of receipt of item. If needed: contact us for assistance.
- Damage because of shipping the article is at the full risk of the buyer and any insurance claims (when applicable) will have to be made by the buyer through the carrier. Any return shipping is at cost of the buyer or UPS if UPS accepts this responsibility. Note: Shipping costs both ways are your responsibility! We can never refund your original shipping charges.
- Used Amps are sold AS IS without warranty on tubes etc. and leave here in good working order. There is no return policy on our used amps unless stated in writing on invoice or receipt.
- There is no return & exchange policy or warranty on tubes or other items that are prone to deteriorate in quality when used (tubes, strings, cleaning products, earplugs or phones, harmonica's)
- Products that have been especially ordered for the customer cannot be returned (unless agreed upon prior to purchase and stated in writing on invoice or receipt.)
- Customers are responsible for all damage claims in relation to shipping. Our standard shipping does not include insurance! Note insurance is an optional service!
- Products sold through our 'Blow Out' section (or in general: discounted- or Sale products) are not viable for return & exchange.
- Items that are returned in a condition less than perfect will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
- You may also exchange used items for any other within 7 days of delivery. Vintage items are known for wear and tear but we describe them as detailed as possible. It is impossible to describe every piece of wear and tear and we ask you not to hold us to an impossible standard here! That is why we advise customers to call or email us for a detailed description on hand.
Price Warranty!
We offer great deals on all instruments and gear, but sometimes it can occur that another (chain)store will have a lower price. We will match or even beat any price on new items that you are quoted as long as we are talking about exactly the same new product with the same specifications, grades of wood and accessories. and of course I have to be able to verify your price mentioned. Tell Me If you get a better price, and tell me from who! Please don't feel embarrassed or funny about using this service. How else will I know if other dealers are cheaper? Sometimes, when dealing with special issue or Custom Shop guitars there are situations where products are unique f.i. the figuring on the top is extra special etc etc. In a cases like these, I cannot always guarantee to beat a price.
- Items have to be from regular stock, so not from sales and executions.
- We maintain the right to not match the price if we choose to do so.
- Sometimes companies will get into backorder situations. In other words they list something on their website which they do NOT stock. When this happens I will not always guarantee to match or beat the price. However, I still will guarantee to match the price if you are willing to order and pre pay the item.
I realize that human nature is such that everyone wants to get a better deal. Maybe you want a special deal on a certain item or you've seen a better price somewhere else. Or maybe you don't have more money to spend and wat to see if you can still buy that nice guitar! Negotiating price is sometimes possible but only if you qualify yourself as a serious buyer. meaning, when we reach agreement, you buy the article. Obviously I have to make money when I sell something how else could I pay the rent, inventory etc. logical no? We need to make money so we can keep bringing you extra cool stuff that few stores will carry!
