The Best deal!

We offer great deals on all instruments and gear, but sometimes it can occur that another (chain)store will have a lower price: We will match these prices on these conditions:  

• Simply tell us If you get a better price, and tell us from who! Please don't feel embarrassed or funny about using this service. How else will we know if others are cheaper?
• be sure we are talking about exactly the same product with the same specifications and accessories.
• We have to be able to verify your price.
• Items have to be from regular stock, so not from sales and executions.
• Sometimes, when dealing with special issue or Custom Shop guitars there are situations where numbers are limited or  f.i. the figuring on the top is extra special etc etc. In a cases like these, We cannot always guarantee to beat a price. We maintain the right to not match the price if we choose to do so.
• Back Orders Sometimes companies will get into 4-12 month backorder situations. When this happens I will not always guarantee to match or beat the price. However, I still will guarantee to match the price if you are willing to order and pre pay the item.

I realize that human nature is such that every one wants to get a better deal. Maybe you want a special deal on a certain item or you've seen a better price somewhere else. Or maybe you don't have more money to spend and wat to see if you can still buy that nice guitar! Negotiating price is sometimes possible but only if you qualify yourself as a serious buyer. meaning, when we reach agreement, you buy the article. Obviously I have to make money when I sell something how else could I pay the rent, inventory etc. logical no? So try to remember, we need to make money so we can keep bringing you extra cool stuff that few stores will carry !!!

Pay Comfortably

• We accept PayPal, Ideal, all major Credit cards through the web site. Just add the items you want to your 'shopping cart' and go to checkout, fill in your details and we will send you the goods! 
• Bank transfer: If you prefer to pay in the old, trusted way we'll mail you the fool-proof instructions how to execute an International Bank transfer. Also veeee-ry easy! . (see point 4 below)

• Pay in Euro from anywhere: if you pay in Euros and want to transfer to a Bank account: Maximum Guitars BV, The Hague, The Netherlands ING bank account nr. 67.52.45.168 Iban: NL96 INGB 0675 2451 68 Swift or bic code: INGBNL2A  -  To calculate prices in your currency for your service we provide the following link to XE.com, the universal currency converter: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
• Within the Netherlands: If you pay in Euros and want to transfer to a Postbank account (note: for The Netherlands only) use: Maximum Guitars BV, The Hague, The Netherlands Postbank account nr. 9101886. (For bank account see above)

• When you're based within the netherlands you always pay 19% V.A.T (B.T.W) If you have a business you can re claim this VAT yourself.
• There are NO extra taxes or costs (apart from the shipping costs) when we ship to you inside the European Community.
• We can sell without VAT/salestax when: 1: you have a business with a verifiable taxnumber. Or 2: when you are located outside the E.U. ask us for more information! note that this is only interesting when your local VAT rates are much lower than ours (19%) as you will then have to pay your local percentage of VAT/Sales tax at your country's borders.
• European community based business owners outside the Netherlands that can identify themselves with a traceable VAT/MWST/BTW number won't  be charged with the 19% VAT. Shipping address has to be the actual and traceable VAT registered address.
• You are responsible for all shipping and outside the EU for your local import taxes and/or duties
• Our Prices our inclusive of 19% VAT on new items and 0% of VAT on USED items
• USA made guitars are free of duty/import taxes when returned to the USA. 
   

• When returned the product has to be in the same condition as it was shipped out/picked up. Customer pays all shipping, insurance and bank charges when applicable.
• Used Amps are sold AS IS and leave here in good working order. There is no return policy on our used amps unless stated in writing on invoice or receipt.
• Products that have been especially ordered for the customer can not be returned (unless agreed upon prior to purchase and stated in writing on invoice or receipt.)
• There is no return policy or warranty on tubes or other items that are prone to deterior in quality when used (tubes, strings, cleaning products, earplugs, harmonica's etc.)
• Customers are responsible for all damage claims in relatiuon to shipping. Our standard shipping does not include insurance!
• For a return for a damaged product, contact us for assistance.
• Note: Shipping costs both ways are your responsibility ! We can never refund your original shipping charges.
• Products sold through our 'Blow Out' section (or in general: discounted products) are not viable for return.
• Items that are returned in a condition less than perfect will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
